ASAP double room in tottenham 3 bed house

We are Mona (21, F) and Zar (24, M). Both studying in London. We are quiet, respectable and we keep our spaces clean. Both enjoy having a night in or going out for a drink but we also like having some time to ourselves and we are looking for someone who is the same.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom on the ground floor, a large kitchen and a separate living room. The house gets quite a bit of sunlight and the neighbourhood is pretty quiet. Short walking distance to local supermarkets and local pubs, cafes, restaurants. Tottenham hale Station is a very short walk away.

Our current flatmate is leaving and we need someone to replace her.
The room includes a double bed and a wardrobe.
1 months rent upfront + 5 weeks deposit.

Bills are around £50 per month (includes water, electricity/gas and wifi).
