Student housing flat in North London (1.5.-14.9.20

As I will be starting a new job in the summer, I have to leave my cosy dorm room in Tottenham before the end of my contract. I am therefore looking for someone to take over my contract for the remainder of the term (until 14 September 2025). Ideal for a few months in London or for the duration of a summer internship! :-)

I am always available for questions and an online viewing can be arranged at any time.

-> 14sqm en-suite room with bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin) in the Unite Students North Lodge dorm (contract is concluded with Unite Students, extension possible).

-> The room has a very cosy bed, wardrobe, large desk + chair, chest of drawers with bench, hanging cupboard, mirror, wardrobe, pin board, shoe cupboard.

-> The very large kitchen (ample seating, 2 stoves, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 fridges, several separate cupboard compartments) is shared with 9 other people and is cleaned on a weekly basis in rotation. Washing machines are located on the ground floor and must be paid for per wash cycle.

-> All furnishings and utensils purchased by me can be taken over (2 lamps, 2 plants, 1 bathroom cabinet, 2 carpets, pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, crockery, knives, chopping board, etc.), so the room is ready to move into immediately :-)
