Hi there! I 'm subletting my spare room in a 2 bed flat share. Room is available from 1st September to 31st May. Move in date cannot be any earlier but move out date can be arranged upon agreement. Short term letting welcomed too if you are only staying for a couple months.
You'll be sharing the living room, kitchen and bathroom with me. The room is fully furnished including all beddings and towels. Flat is equipped with all standard appliances. I have a smart TV in the living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney + which I'm happy to share with you.
The flat is located only 3 mins walk from Tottenham Hale station. It takes
15 mins to Liverpool Street
30 mins to West End
20 mins to Stratford
50 mins to Stansted airport with express train
Tottenham Hale retail park is only 5 mins away with Boots, Iceland warehouse, Lidl, B&Q, B&M, TK Maxx, etc.
About me:
I'm Paris (31) and I moved to London about 5 years ago. I currently work in the theatre industry and am away a lot for tour or regional work. I like Pilate, theatre, music, cooking, walking around the city and having a drink with friends.
I'm technically a live-in landlord but I only own part of the flat so have to pay rent as well. I will pay for all utilities. There's a management company to contact for any repairs or other needs.
About you:
I'm looking for someone easygoing, respectful and chill. Ideally someone who's up for occasional chatting or socializing together but also enjoys a peaceful, laid-back environment at home. Bonus if you don't work from home.
Price is all inclusive of bills. I will be away on tour a lot for the rest of the year so you will probably have the flat to yourself quite often.
