Looking for a nice flatmate - Single Room in N17

A single room is available in our seven-person house in Tottenham Hale. The house is rented through an agency, but we, the flatmates, handle the viewings and choose our new housemate.

The house is in a great location, just a 10-15 minute walk to Tottenham Hale Station, which has both Underground and National Rail connections. Bruce Grove Overground is also just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to get around London.

The house has a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage, and a garden, which is great for relaxing. There are shared bathrooms, with one on each floor, shared among the tenants on that floor.

We are looking for a professional, looking for a quiet place to live, not into starting dramas for little issues, but willing to be communicative and cooperative and add to the harmony in the house.
For example we have a cleaning rota, that everyone follows, so this is a must if you're looking to join the house.

Some of the housemates keep mostly to themselves, focused on work and their private life, some are more social and like to hang out sometimes and play cards and board games. So both extroverts and introverts are welcome in this house :)
