Room in a homely and friendly house

My flatmates and I are looking for someone to take on the available room in our Tottenham home.
Bills not included (paid at the middle of the month).

About the Room:
* the room is on the ground floor, facing the back garden.
* comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, and wardrobe

The House:
Located in Tottenham N17, with excellent transport links:
* 10–15 min walk to Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line – 15 min to Kings Cross, National Rail - 15 min to Liverpool Street)
* 10-15 min walk to Bruce Grove Overground Station (Access to Hackney, Stoke Newington, Bethnal Green and Liverpool Street).
* 7 min walk to Northumberland Park rail station (14 min to Stratford)
Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a garden.

About Us:
We’re three young professionals working in telecoms, creative industries and law. We all have our own lives but enjoy the occasional chat, tea, or dinning together. The vibe is relaxed, respectful, and friendly.
We’re looking for a clean, tidy, and considerate person. This isn’t a party house – more of a peaceful home with occasional social moments. We don’t smoke and would prefer someone who doesn’t.
