Tenancy dates:
•Available from: 17 September 2025
•Until: 11 July 2026

Rent: £286.08 per week
•Paid directly to Unite Students after tenancy transfer
•No council tax as you must be a student
•Deposit: £250

Eligibility: Students only (per Unite Students policy).
