Hiya! 🌸 I’m looking for 3 fun and considerate friends-to-be to join me in this nearly finished newly renovated 4 double bed first floor flat in the up-and-coming area of Tottenham (ideally early Nov but move in date can be flexible!)

- Furnished with brand new beds & mattresses (also included but not in pics/vid are TV, curtains, lampshades etc.)
- 1 main bathroom and additional WC between 3
- Super lovely and helpful landlords
- £800 includes a bi-weekly cleaner but excludes bills (council tax approx £40 each)

📍6min walk to Tottenham Hale station (zone 3)

🚊 Super convenient Victoria line, day/night busses and railway links direct to Stratford (10mins), London Liverpool Street (15mins) and Stansted Airport (35mins)

🛍️ Walking distance to shops (Asda, Lidl, Tesco, B&M, B&Q etc.), coffee shops, pubs, Walthamstow Wetlands for those that love nature or to go for walks/runs and much more!

- F27 market researcher (50/50 office/WFH)
- I love house & techno raves (occasionally partial to a pub night and cheesy throwbacks), appreciate super cosy nights in binging TV shows and learning about cultures through travel!
- I’m also a HUGE foodie, beginner plant mum and nearly at a 350 day streak on Spanish Duolingo with not much to show for it…
- Respectful of people’s boundaries and space - big believer of needing time to ourselves and doing our own thing every now and then!
