Unite Students - Tenancy takeover for Summer

Looking for someone to take over my Unite Students Tenancy for Third/Summer term as will not be in London - this would be from late april but I am very very flexible and can do earlier/later. Rent is £254 per week, around £4.2k from Late April to first week of september which is when the tenancy ends. Perfect for summer internships! Happy to work out exact dates if needed. 5 min walk to Victoria line and National rail to Stratford and Liverpool Street. You MUST be a student for this property. All tenancy takeover will be done in line with Unite Students rules. Room is really nice and airy, good bathroom and big shared kitchen. Happy to provide any more photos as needed. Ask any questions, and am happy to leave some of the extra furniture and decor too :)
