The home includes a shared living room perfect for unwinding, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of space for cooking, plus a dining table for meals or work. We have Community Fibre broadband for fast, reliable internet. Bills come to around £200 per person in total.

Location
We’re very well connected: just a 6-minute walk to Tottenham Hale station and 10 minutes to Bruce Grove. Tottenham Retail Park is only 5 minutes away and offers a wide range of shops, cafés, and restaurants.

About You
I’m looking for someone in a professional role. Ideally, you work or study on-site, or you have a hybrid schedule with only a couple of days working from home—I work from home once a week myself. Smoking or vaping is okay, but strictly outdoors in the garden.

About Me
You’ll be sharing with a trainee counsellor who’s clean, easygoing, and enjoys cooking, dancing, music, and travelling. This isn’t a party house, but I’m always happy to share a drink and a chat after work while still keeping a respectful, peaceful environment. There’s plenty of space inside and in the garden for downtime or privacy.

I’m mainly looking for someone who feels like the right fit for the home and the vibe.
