Hi! We have 2 rooms available in the same house! it is located 10 mins walking to Seven sisters station and there will be only 3 people in total living in the house.

There are two rooms: one double for single use and one single room.
Both face the garden and are spacious.
The single room comes with plenty of storage: wardrobes, drawers, a desk with drawers, and under-bed storage.

Both rooms are fully furnished, all brand-new, just like the rest of the house, which has been recently renovated with new carpet, fresh white paint, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: espresso machine, microwave, kettle, air fryer, oven, and more.

The house doesn’t have a living room; it has a kitchen and one bathroom.
There will be a maximum of three people living in the house, no more, and all of them are very quiet and respectful — no noise, no late-night cooking, always respecting everyone’s rest.

The house also has a very well-maintained garden, perfect to enjoy in the summer.

Oh, and I almost forgot: there’s also an 8-year-old cat, super friendly and calm, who adds a very peaceful touch to the home.
