I’m staying — my current flatmate is moving out due to personal reasons, so I need someone to take her room for the remainder of the lease.
Rent: £13xx per month
Dates: 16 December – 1 April (priority to someone who can take the full period)
Contract: Official tenancy transfer (your name will be added to the contract)
Bills & Council Tax: Split equally

This is honestly one of the nicest places I’ve lived in London. Modern design, great soundproofing, amazing views. The building has a large gym, yoga studio, sky lounge, private garden, event rooms, and free weekly fitness/yoga classes for residents.
Location:
4 minutes’ walk to Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line + National Rail).
Fast connections — Victoria Line + ~10 min to Liverpool Street via train.
