You will have your own private main bathroom with a bathtub 🛁 (I have the en-suite).
While the flat was originally unfurnished, I have furnished the shared spaces fully and the bedroom with a double bed. You are free to use everything, including a Ninja Air Fryer, high-end oven, and a projector for movie nights 📽️.
💰 The Details:
Rent: £1,000 pcm.
Bills: Approx. £100–£150 pcm (Council Tax, Water, Electricity).
Agency: The process goes through letting agents, so you will need to provide documents and pass standard reference checks.
👤 About Me & Who I’m Looking For: I’m a 27-year-old male working as a Finance Analyst in Central London. I’m not much of a party person; I focus on my work and like a peaceful home environment.
I’m looking for someone similar (aged 22–32) who is calm, clean, and respectful. Ideally looking for a professional who wants a relaxing place to live rather than a party house.
