Cozy Spacious room to let in Tottenham Hale

Hi, I have a bedroom to let in Tottenham Hale near Down Hill Park. The room is in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom flat on the first floor. It comes with a shared living room and shared kitchen. The current tenants are myself and a 26-year-old Chinese female professional. I am moving out to live with my boyfriend; therefore, I am finding a replacement tenant to take over my lease. I plan to move out before March. The move-in date is flexible, so you are welcome to request and send me the date you wish to move in.

I am looking for someone who can take over my lease, which ends on 19.06.2025. You will be required to provide references. I am currently paying the rent monthly so I expect the replacement tenant can do the same (which means that you cannot be a student and you must have regular income). The household is for female only. The bill is not included in the rent. The bill is approximately 200 pounds per person per month (including gas, electricity, broadband, water, and council tax).

The room includes a double bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe with a mirror, a desk and a chair.

We prefer the potential tenant to be female professional, and LGBTs are welcomed. Well-behaved cats are welcomed, but you need to be responsible for any damage to the furniture.
