Description
The monthly rent is £1,125. I have already paid the full accommodation fees for one year in advance.
The current contract runs from 20 September 2025 to 13 September 2026. I am planning to move out around March–April, so I am looking for someone to move in from early April to mid-September. The rental period is flexible and can be adjusted if needed.
This room is ideally located just a 4-minute walk from Tottenham Hale Station, offering excellent transport connections.
Tottenham Hale Station is served by National Rail, allowing you to reach Liverpool Street in approximately 10 minutes and Stratford Station in about 15 minutes. The Victoria Line also runs through the station, providing access to St Pancras and Oxford Circus (Soho) within 10 minutes. In addition, a large bus station is located directly in front of the station, with numerous bus routes operating frequently.
A large retail park is just a 3-minute walk away, featuring Lidl, Poundland, B&M, ASDA Living, Boots, and other stores where you can purchase daily necessities and groceries at affordable prices. This makes the area ideal for keeping living costs low, and I personally found it possible to live comfortably in London with relatively low monthly expenses thanks to this excellent infrastructure.
There is also a reasonably priced gym (£22 per month) only a 1-minute walk away. Even without going to the retail park, there are two supermarkets within a 1-minute walk that are open until midnight, making it very convenient to shop for groceries late at night.
As a fashion student, I needed additional wardrobe space, so I installed an extra hanging rail using a tension pole to maximise storage. This can be removed if preferred.
The flatmates are all friendly and take good care of the shared areas. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring induction hob, toaster, microwave, oven, and refrigerator, with plenty of fridge space available.
On the ground floor, the building offers a cinema room with a projector, as well as quiet study rooms and meeting rooms. There is also a spacious central outdoor terrace, perfect for spending time with friends.
All bills are included in the rent, including electricity, heating, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi, with no additional monthly costs. The room is very warm, has excellent hot water supply, and receives plenty of natural light.
The room offers excellent storage, making it easy to keep the space tidy. There is also generous under-bed storage, large enough to fit 3–4 large suitcases, which is ideal for storing seasonal clothing.
The room features a double-sized bed, spacious enough for two people, and is an en-suite room with a private bathroom and shower.
I am only offering this room because I have decided to move in with my partner; otherwise, I would have happily continued living here, as it is a place I truly enjoyed.
