Double room for 30+ female, furnished, 6 months

I'm going travelling this summer and am looking for mature professional female with a similar mindset to Em (see below) to take over a room in my house for at least 6 months. Extending after 6 months is a possibility.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, some hanging space for your clothing, and a dresser and drawers (not pictured). Bedding and towels can be provided if desired.

The house has an open plan dining/living room with separate kitchen. It's a comfortable lounge and dining area, which you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.
There's also a little garden, which is quite a sun trap on nice days.

I’m a 42yo dietitian, I work in Functional Medicine and the NHS, often long hours so am looking for a peaceful housemate who wants to call this place home and look after it well.
Love fresh air and spending time in nature, yoga, I frequent the Walthamstow and Hackney community sauna as often as I can. I cycle wherever I can, love running. And more of a day time raver than late night clubs these days! Vegetarian and enjoy the odd glass of red wine on a non-school night ;)

All the usual bills are included, except broadband.
