I'm moving onto pastures new, so I'm looking for someone to replace me and live with a lovely flatmate

We live in a gorgeously spacious 2-bed and 2-bathroom new build apartment in Hale Village, which is a few minutes’ walk from Tottenham Hale.
It has wood flooring throughout, with an open plan kitchen/dining/living area that leads onto a large balcony with nice views onto the canal.
Your bedroom is spacious, with a lot of natural light and comes with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. As your flatmate has their own en suite, the main bathroom will be for you!
THE AREA
Hale Village is an area with great connections: within half an hour you can be in either Oxford Street (by Victoria line) or Stratford Westfield (by Greater Anglia train).
We're also a short bus away from Finsbury Park, Stoke Newington and Dalston if you're looking for places to go out/eat.
There’s also a retail park over the road, Walthamstow wetlands over the bridge, and loads of other great local amenities.

You will be replacing me on our tenancy.
Bills including council tax and wifi tend to be between £150-200. In general, great value for its location!
