Double room available from end of February

Double Room in Tottenham Queer House!

Hey! We’ve got a big double room going in our house in Tottenham available for 2 months, March and April and possibility to prolong it to May. It’s a quiet, residential area but only about 10–20 mins walk to buses and Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line), and 15 min walk to overground in the other side to Bruce Grove, so it’s pretty handy for getting around.

We need someone to move in quite soon, by the end of february, from 27th of February the room will be free. Rent is 700£ a month including bills.

The house has a really nice kitchen, cosy living room, shared studio space,
and a garden that’s great for BBQs or hanging out when it’s sunny. There’s also loads of storage, including a big shed out back.

We’re all in our late 20s–early 30s, and everyone’s pretty chill — definitely not a party house, more of a calm, friendly vibe.

The room itself is spacious and bright, with great natural light with double bed, build in wardrobe, cupboard, etc. (comes furnished as it is a sublet and the person from the room will leave some items there).
