I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my room in my lovely two-bedroom apartment ideally on the 28th March, but that’s flexible by a week or two if needed.

The flat is super modern, clean, and easy to look after and keep warm. Bills are normally pretty low. The flat has a gorgeous little balcony that overlooks the canal - perfect spot for a coffee or a glass of wine.
The available room is spacious, with loads of natural light, and comes with plenty of storage.

- Nature: The building is right on the canal and literally next door to the Wetlands. Perfect for weekend walks or runs.
- Transport: 5-minute walk to Tottenham Hale station (Victoria Line & Greater Anglia trains), gets you into Central London or out to Stansted really quickly.
- Amenities: There is an amazing wholefoods shop just 1 minute walk away or the retail park is a 5 min walk away for a bigger shop.

A bit about your new flatmate:

You’ll be sharing with, Pippa. She’s really friendly and easy-going, and keen to create a homey vibe. She likes to keep the place tidy and chilled, but is always up for a chat and a movie night and lovess to bake.

You’ll be signing the contract for the room for a year initially, but that is also flexible if your plans end up changing down the line.
