Double Bed in Tottenham Hale New Build

Hi there! We're sadly saying goodbye to our current flatmate in May, meaning a room has become available in our spacious new build flat.

We've put the date as 15th May, but we can be flexible on dates between 9th - 30th May.

Situated right by the Wetlands, the property offers amazing views of the River Lea & the Reservoirs with a communal balcony, an on-site gym & concierge, and loads of natural light in a flat less than 12 months old. The flat is located just a 7 minute walk to the Tube station and a range of shops at the retail park.

You'd be living with Marc and Ankur, two friends from uni. Marc works in the music ticketing industry, whereas Ankur most recently worked in Fintech. We have our own separate hobbies & interests, but do like to socialise & hang out together, and would be looking for someone who is chill & would be happy to do the same.

We enjoy going to gigs & festivals, watching sport & TV, playing the occasional board game & generally going out to socialise with friends across London.
