Hi everyone! I am looking for a full-time student to take over my room contract at North Lodge (Unite Students) in Tottenham Hale.

I can no longer use the room, so this is an official tenancy takeover directly through Unite Students. This contract is on a 5% discount on the current rate they are offering.

Room Type: Basic En-suite (Block B, Floor 1)

Rent: £253.70 per week (All utility bills & fast Wi-Fi included!)

Tenancy Dates: 19 September 2026 – 12 September 2027
