The bedroom is the spacious master bedroom of the house and measures approx. 16 sqm. It’s located at the front of the house and gets a lot of sunshine in the mornings. It comes with a king size bed and a huge built-in wardrobe (6 doors) providing lots of storage space.
The second room, which can be utilised as an office space, is at the back of the house and measures approx 8.5 sqm.
The furniture that is there now can be removed, so it will be yours to set up however you want.
The house is very homely and has a comfortable lounge/dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet.
There's also a nice little garden.
Note that this a strictly no-smoking property and smoking is also not allowed in the garden.
You’ll be sharing with only one other person, which is me.
I am self employed and wfh 100%, but I do enjoy going on extended trips, so there will be times that you have the house to yourself.
In my free time I like to go for long walks or the gym to keep fit, attend the cinema or a show, or meet up with friends for a drink. All the usual stuff really.
The arrangement will be a formal lodger agreement with your deposit being held in a recognised protection scheme.
