• Minimum tenancy: 9 months up to June 2027 when the new contract begins
• Subject to referencing and approval by the letting agent.
The successful applicant will be required to provide:
• Proof of Right to Rent in the UK
• Employment and/or income verification
• Visa details (where applicable)
• Completion of the agency’s referencing and tenancy change process before moving in
