1 double bedroom within a 3 bedroom maisonette super close to Tottenham Hale tube station.

About us - we are two females ages 30-32 living together (although Sasha only 2 nights a week as her main work base is in Scotland!) So looking for someone to fill our third double room who wants to find a "home" - even if just for a few months.

We are very clean, respectful of each others privacy but will also happily hang out together -
usually glass of wine on the sofa (post gym/boxing) cooking up a feast or grabbing dinner somewhere nearby.

We are both outgoing "normal girls" (is there such a thing?!) that like the gym, boxing, wine, chatting, dinners reading, tv, running, cooking etc

There is also an Ariel and internet point in the room. WIFI is throughout the house.

Downstairs, there is a large living room with great space for entertaining guests. 2x 3 seater sofa's, a full size dinning room table and and a 47" 3D TV with lovefilm & netflix.

The Kitchen is fully functional with the additions of washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer (winner).

The house is a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Hale tube station which is on the victoria tube line, 2 different trainlines and a 24 hours bus terminal.

12 minutes to liverpool street- train
8 minutes to stratford (westfield shopping)- train
14 mins to kings cross- tube
45 mins from Angel on the nightbus
1hr on the bus to waterloo.
FREE bus to IKEA

We are literally a 3 minute walk from the retail park in Tottenhamm hale, therefore easy access to TK Max, Argos, B&Q, Curries, Asda, a pound shop, PC world, Costa coffee, KFC, pizza hut, subway, Greggs the Bakery, Next, Boots and a sports shop.

Being so close to the station also means easy access to the new Tesco they have opened and a 24 hour gym.
