Each single bedroom is fully furnished with a single wardrobe , 6 drawers Ikea cabinet, bookcase, desk, chair, bedside 2 drawers unit, single bed with Ikea sultan mattress.
Would suit a Clean, Tidy, Responsible, Non-Smoker, Mature, Reliable and Friendly Young Professional(s) or Students. Rent must be paid on time. Cleanliness is a MUST and this room will suit someone who is respectful and considerate toward other tenants and like to clean up after themselves especially for the common areas within the house. We maintain the house to be a clean and happy house for everyone to share. Housemates (1 postgraduate & 1 undergraduate students and 2 working professionals). Cleaner comes every week to clean common area and the cleaning fees for cleaner is £40/mth. Cleaners are paid £40/cleaning.

The house is fully furnished with WIFI & flat screen TV in kitchen/ living room and very close to tube/metro station, shops (shopping centre nearby), cafes, restaurants and 24 hours gym.

3-5 minutes walk to Tottenham Hale Station(Tube & Overground Train) Victoria Line Zone 3 (Victoria Line Underground / Tube is the most efficient line in all London Underground Train Lines from the top station to the bottom south bound to Brixton takes only half an hour, 32 minutes precisely) our local tube station of Tottenham Hale has good transport links to:

Kings Cross and St. Pancras: 10 minutes (home for Eurostar Train to Paris and Brussels 2 hours to Paris and 3 hours to Amsterdam/Rotterdam.

FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY only £750/month (Rent must be paid monthly in advance if you for working professionals with proof of income/last three months salary slips). For student rent must be paid in full in advance or 2 or 3 monthly in advance with proof of funds in UK bank.

Deposit £500 refundable when check out after final inspection of the room and other allocated units such fridge, freezer, kitchen cupboard.

Minimum contract 12 months - shorter stay contract can be considered with slightly higher rent £800/mth plus cleaning fees
for single bedroom and £950/mth for large double bedroom plus cleaner fees.
