Single Room For A Student In North London

I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at Emily Bowes Court student accomodation from this month (April) until September, then you would be able to renew the contract to stay longer if needed/wanted. The rent is £179 a week. All bills included in the price (including Wifi). The room is in a student accommodation, therefore this room is only available for students (you will need proof that you're a student in the UK to take over the contract).
The room itself has a nice view from the window as it's on the 7th floor (2 lifts to go up and down are available),large study area (big desk), book shelves, drawers for storage; wardrobe and a small double bed. The room has an ensuite, meaning you would have your own toilet, sink and a shower. However, the kitchen and living room area is shared with 6 other people, 5 males and 1 female who are all very lovely and easy to get along with. The tube station, over ground and bus station is literally next to te building, so travel is not a problem. The room is available right now, so as soon as you sign the contract, you can move in.
