Beautiful ensuite room in a newly developed block less than five minute's walk from Tottenham Hale station (Victoria Line and National Rail to Liverpool Street/Hackney Downs/Stanstead Airport). The room comes fully furnished with a sumptuous king-sized bed and storage in the form of two large bedside tables and a big built-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. The bathroom boasts a walk-in power shower, sink and toilet. A private balcony comes with the room, overlooking the canal and Lea Valley Park. It is equipped with rattan lounge furniture.

The shared kitchen is also fully equipped with all plates, cutlery and cooking equipment, as well as microwave and dishwasher. The living room boasts a comfy corner sofa with Sky HD+ with access to all sports, movie and on-demand channels. Broadband also included.

Location-wise, the flat is also superb - it's on a new development called Hale Village right next to the station, with on-site gym and supermarket (the block is within Pavilions by Bellway, and more information can be found on their website.) The tube and bus services ensure anywhere in London is easy to get to, and you can also walk down into Hackney via the canal towpath which is just outside the flat. There's also a lovely shared landscaped garden outside the block.

I usually live with my sister but she is currently on a four-month placement in New York so we're looking for a fun, sociable and tidy female to fill her room during that time. Shorter term lets during this four month period will also be considered.
