Generous, double room in newly renovated flat

Our spacious and bright three bedroom apartment is located near the river Lea and the Tottenham marshes. Its is on a good cycle system and is minutes walk from Tottenham Hale and Bruce Grove stations.

The ground floor apartment looks out over our large, private garden and is a generous room filled with moroccan rugs, house plants and lots of bespoke features. The living area is a combined kitchen and lounge with a projector, a good quality coffee machine and comfortable seating. The large garden has a deck, lawn, bike shed and two raised beds.

We are twin brother and sister, Willie and Hannah. Willie is a programmer and Hannah is a jeweller. We both love going to the marshes, foraging, making food, kimchi, sauerkraut etc. We want to find a friendly flatmate who would feel happy to eat together when they around and generally be a part of household life. A busy person who wants a social house where they can relax and have friends over for dinner... the usual. We have renovated the whole house ourselves, and are about to build a studio in the back yard so somebody who is pretty creative would suit us really well.

We have recently been adopted by a kitten so you would need to be happy to live with a cat.
