Well Grove is situated just off Chandos Avenue, in the heart of Whetstone within walking distance of Oakleigh Park over ground station for its fast train into Kings Cross and Moorgate and to Totteridge & Whetstone Northern Line tube station. There is a fabulous array of shops and restaurants along the High Road to include Boots, Waitrose and M&S Food Hall. just in the Whetstone location, and for leisurely countryside strolls, you have Brook Farm Open Spaces to enjoy walking from Barnet through to Hampstead.
🏠 This house only left one room to let ,share bathrooms with anothe two male. along with a shared study/dining room and kitchen. It's more than just a rental – it's a cozy haven with a warm, homely vibe, ensuring you feel at ease from the moment you step in. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and quiet time.

💰 Bills: Rent includes council tax /WiFi /water bills. We'll split the remaining –gas and electricity.
