Short term let only - double room with ensuite

I am looking for a short term. The room is only available until sat 16th Nov.

I am a friendly & professional woman who is looking for a professional and quietly respectful weekday lodger.

Ideally I am looking for a professional housemate between the age of 25 to 60 (sorry, preferably no students or shift workers). I would be happy to share with either a male or a female as long as they are friendly, tidy and easy-going!

The house is located in a lovely safe road, which is only 4 min walk to Totteridge tube. Door to door it takes less than 40mins to Oxford Circus and 45mins to Kings Cross.

Totteridge Village is only 5 min stroll away. In fact the house is sandwiched between Whetstone High Road which has a plethor of stylish eateries and the the village green which has the famous Orange Tree pub. There are also numerous green spaces around: Brook Farm & Darlands Nature Reserve.

The house has a large living room, dining room, separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms, wooden floors, all mod cons including wireless internet.

£280 Weekly rent - Includes all bills incl. cleaning

The room available is a double room which comes furnished with a large wardrobe (ample storage space), double bed and a bedside drawers. The room also has exclusive use of a bathroom.

There is also free parking for cars.
