Spacious Double Room in well loved flat

Hi there,

I'm moving out of my flat in March and I'm looking for someone to take over my room, and share the flat with Laura who is staying.

The flat is a spacious first floor maisonette with 2 bedrooms, and the room available is the larger of the two. The room is furnished with a kingsize and wardrobes.

There's a shared living room, modern kitchen and bathroom - we like to keep these clean and tidy but also welcoming and homely.

The flat has a large private garden to hang out in, located around the side by the garages. The flat also has its own parking space to share if needed.

Our current bills work out as:
• £26 pm for internet
• £41.33 pm for gas and electricity

There's a water bill every 6 months, and the council tax will work out as £133.82 per month.

The deposit will be £777.50. The lease you will be signing will be for a year, but there is a 6 month minimum clause.

The flat is roughly a 10 minute walk to Oakleigh Park overground station, and a 15 minute walk to Totteridge and Whetstone underground station, on the Northern Line.

Laura is a Veterinary Nurse and works 1 or 2 late shifts a week and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

A few of Laura's hobbies include:

• General fitness, running and yoga
• Finding new Vegan recipes to try
• Going on walks, either locally or further afield
• Chilling out at home in the evenings and weekends, watching movies or TV, listening to music, or having the occasional boardgame night!

The ideal flatmate would be:
• A male or female professional
• Interested in some or all of the above
• Someone who wants a home, not just a place to live!
• Friendly, sociable and keen on hanging out in the living room when the opportunity arises
