Double room with en-suite in North London 🫶🏼

🥹 I am sad to be leaving my room this summer but here we go>>> I have a double bedroom, with your own bathroom and sink included to rent.

We prefer a male professional, females are welcomed if they are okay to share with 2 guys :)

-The boring paperwork-
Rent: £750 pcm plus bills (electricity, WiFi around £12 & council tax)

Deposit is £800

We require minimum 1 reference for the process but it is optional.

- About the room-
The room comes with a new double bed mattress (gosh I had the best sleep in this bed!) The desk and chair will be going with me, but there is ample space to bring your own furniture. The wardrobe is super spacious! I could fit all my three large size luggage inside and there is still space left!

-About the shared space-
The flat comes furnished with a sofa, projector if you like watching movies sometimes, dining table and chairs. There is also a bathtub which you will share with the guys.

-The kitchen-
The kitchen is spacious, you guys can cook together. Also, one is a chef & loves to cook so it smells great when he is in the kitchen
. 👌It has dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge & a freezer and an electric stove with 4 tops.

-Roommates-
Your roommates will be two kind and friendly guys (Malayalam) who share a passion for cooking. One is a chef and the other works as a Freelance designer. They are usually working outside so you will have the flat to yourself mostly during the week.
