Lovely residence in return for childcare duties

I am a professional mother looking for a flexible/negotiable arrangement combining some occasional duties for a teenager for a lovely residence in an incredible area with excellent amenities.

The companion role would be relatively light hours, with the main focus on building a positive interaction and companion for my 14year old.
