Flat is in great building with concierge just off Shad Thames. The location can’t be beat, 2 balconies, 1 south facing for sun and 1 north for bridge view.

Room has everything you need and is a good size, double bed, built in spacious wardrobe and it’s own bathroom.

Flat has separate kitchen and large dining/living room. High quality Samsung and Bosh appliances, induction hob, dishwasher etc. Bedrooms are on separate floors to each so nice and quiet.

I work pretty hard in banking so like a peaceful flat but up for drink/ movie together and hosting party.

Lots of transport nearby, and easy to cycle most places in central. Can walk to the City and Tower Hill, Tower Gateway, London Bridge and Bermondsey stations within 10/15 minutes.

Bills come to ~£250 a month each including fortnightly cleaning (takes all the stress of sharing away) and 150 Mb fibre optic broadband.
