Bedroom in friendly 3-beds apartment Tower Bridge

One bedroom soon available in a bright, spacious and well furnished flat.

We are an Indo-French couple living in Oxford renting a small bedroom (with a small double bed) in our London apartment. You will have one housemate renting the en-suite bedroom. We keep the 3rd room free for us. We occasionally visit London for work or during weekends.

The apartment is on the second floor (no lift).

It is very close to Tower Bridge, in front of City Hall, 5 min walk from London Bridge station and the lively Bermondsey street.

It has a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining room and two bathrooms. You will share the big bathroom with us.

IMPORTANT - This is a vegetarian/vegan house :)

The rent includes council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet and a cleaner.

This is a standard one year contract, with a break close after 6 months and a one month's notice. Your deposit will be safe with the tenancy deposit scheme.
