It is very close to Tower Bridge, in front of City Hall, 5 min walk from London Bridge station and the lively Bermondsey street.
It has a large kitchen with plenty of storage, a dining room and two bathrooms.
IMPORTANT - This is a vegetarian/vegan house :)
Please add £100 to cover all bills - council tax, water, gas, electricity, internet and a cleaner.
This is a standard one year contract, with a break close after 6 months and a one month's notice. Your deposit will be safe with the tenancy deposit scheme.
You will have one housemate renting the en-suite bedroom. We keep the 3rd room free for us. Agam comes to London for work (generally once a week) or very occasionally during weekends.
