The rent is a great price for the location and amenities - it is a 2 bed, 2 bath duplex with garden and parking included right by St Katherines Dock and super store Waitrose. There are two floors so has a house like feel.

Beds and any furniture included in the flat can remain, we can discuss this when you view the flat :) Second room is smaller but fits everything you need like a double bed, wardrobe, desk etc

The rent is approx £2,350 per month (not including bills but they are approx £100 each between 2 people). I have really enjoyed living here but sadly have to find a replacement for the entire flat which could be you!!
