I'm subletting my room as I will be travelling outside the UK for a few weeks. It will be available from 12th June until July 22nd, but dates are flexible. The price is 950 GBP per month, ALL bills included.
I'm looking for someone who is very clean and needs a quiet and calm place for a short stay.
The room:
- Very central. Located in Tower Hill, 5 minutes walk from Tower Bridge and 10 minutes walk from Tower Hill Tube Station.
- All bills included (water, heating, wifi, council tax)
- Spacious room, big window, double bed.
- Ensuite spacious toilet (with shower).
The flat:
- Very safe and quiet flat for professionals or Master/PhD students.
- No living room.
- You will only be sharing the kitchen.
Flatmates
- 2 men in their late 20s and 40s. PhD student and teacher.
