Hello! We are two professionals looking for a new flatmate to rent one medium-sized double room in a three-bedroom flat from the 9th November.
The flat is located perfectly on Tower Bridge Road right next to Bermondsey Street - 10 minutes from London Bridge Station - 5 mins walk to Tower Bridge. It is a 20 minute walk to the city for anyone who works there :) It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Bermondsey Station.
Aside from the three bedrooms (one ensuite) there is a fully furnished shared joint kitchen and lounge area, one shared bathroom between two flatmates, and a small balcony which you can access from the bedroom.
You would be living with me (Zac, 25) and Archie (25) both sociable - we both work in the office 5 days a week.
The landlord is very helpful and the estate agent is right next door. Bills (electricity, water, council tax band F and broadband) are not included and come to around £130 a month. Shopping is very easy (there is a co-op directly underneath the flat), and there are multiple gyms, bars and restuarants around the area.
