The two-storey property, which has its own ground-floor entrance, is shared with one male and one female tenant: Sara and Alberto. Both young professionals from England and Italy. Both are very friendly, clean, quiet and respectful.

Lots of room in the flat with very large kitchen, plus large living/dining area with two couches, dining table and bookcase. Kitchen contains all the usual things (eg oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge etc). Also has washing machine and dryer (rare for location this central). Plates, pots, pans etc all included with the room.

Flat has one full bathroom with bath/shower, plus a second toilet and sink. Small outside garden space.

Located in Wapping, right next to St Katharine Docks, on the edge of the City. Only five minutes’ walk from Tower Bridge and Tower of London.

Perfect location if you work in or near the City. 20 minute walk to many of the main City of London commute destinations such as Bank/Monument and Broadgate/Liverpool Street.

Nearest tube station is Tower Hill (circle and district line), about 7 or 8 minutes’ walk away. Tower Gateway DLR is even closer, only 5 minutes’ walk. Aldgate and Aldgate East on the metropolitan and Hammersmith & City line are also only 10 minutes’ walk. Fenchurch Street, Liverpool Street and London Bridge stations only 10 and 20 minutes away for journeys out of London.

Two minutes from bus stop for bus that will take you to tube/train stations and into City/other central London locations.

Big Waitrose, Pret, Fitness First, dry cleaners, hairdressers and a pub are all less than two minutes’ walk away. More cafes and restaurants within five minute walk.
