Tower bridge house with massive backyard 🏡

Our lovely roommate is moving out into her own flat and a room is opening up (female only!) in our too good to be true house share.

📍Amazing central location (10 min walk to Bermondsey station/ 15 mins to London Bridge station). Super close to Tower bridge and lovely Southwark park. Lots of cute bakeries and pubs around.

💰Rent £700 pcm + ~£100 bills

📆Available 1 September (+-1 week) exact date tbc as depends on current flatmates move.

🔑The room

It’s a double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and comes with a bed and mattress but otherwise unfurnished. It’s on the first floor and has a lovely view of our massive backyard - very private and quiet. You will share a bathroom with 1 other girl (me).

🏡 The house

The second floor is occupied by Tom and Marc with their own bathroom. Downstairs we have a large kitchen and lounge, guest toilet, storage cupboard as well as massive backyard great for breakfast in the sun and bbqs! The kitchen and living room have been repainted and redecorated in July 2024.

👋About us

We are all young professionals with quite busy lives but we get on well and are always down for a chat. Ideally you would be on a similar wavelength with your own life outside the house. Occasional wfh is fine but max 1-2 days a week! We are looking for someone super clean and tidy that will take responsibility for chores / keeping the house and patio in great shape. Wiping down surfaces and keeping things in the same condition as you find is essential. Unfortunately we don’t have space for any more plants in the living room or furniture/ pictures (other than mentioned below).

If you can bring a tv stand, coffee table or dining chairs that’s a plus as we‘ll need to replace these when our current flatmate moves!
