We have a lovely double room available in our flatshare on Tower Bridge Road, just 1 minute away from Tower Bridge itself! If you're looking for an ideal location in Zone 1, with excellent transport links and a vibrant neighborhood, this is it.

The Room:

Spacious double room, fully furnished with a dresser, vintage bookshelf, cupboard, in-wall closet, table, and chair.
Large window with a breathtaking view of The Shard – you’ll get to enjoy some of the most stunning sunsets in London!

The Flat:

3-bedroom flat with a huge living room filled with comfy couches, a TV, and plenty of plants.
A 6-seater dining table, with space for more if needed.
Fully equipped kitchen with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, and a 4-burner stove.
Ample storage in the kitchen, and all the basic equipment is provided.
There's also a small terrace just off the kitchen, perfect for enjoying a breeze while you cook.

Rent and Bills:

£960 rent + approximately £150 for bills (covers electricity, water, council tax, and household supplies).

Flatmates:

You'll be sharing with two other professionals – one works in the office, the other is hybrid.
We’re looking for someone who values a homely environment and is happy to chip in to keep things clean and cozy.

The room is available for a long-term let (1 year). You’ll be signing a new lease with the current flatmates.
