The property is within around 10-15 mins walking distance of Tower Hill, Shadwell, Aldgate East and Wapping. There are also plenty of buses nearby therefore perfect for workers in either the city or Canary Wharf.

The room is a double and has 2 large double wardrobes for storage. You will also have your own personal bathroom with toilet/sink/shower (not en suite). The bed has a relatively new soft Vispring mattress (which cost a lot) and has a floor to ceiling window for light.

Very large living area with adjoining kitchen. New fridge/freezer and Miele washing machine, cooker and dishwasher.

You will be sharing with myself and some of the time my partner (who works abroad but does come to the UK for periods of time) and a small friendly Cavalier dog. I work in finance and my partner works in the media industry.

I’m looking for someone who is considerate, clean, professional. Ideally we are not looking for remote workers as one of us will often work from home also.

References, deposit and payslips required for peace of mind. Longer term lets preferred and can be flexible for the right person.
