* Ground floor: your room + one other bedroom + a hallway converted into an office space
* Basement level: third bedroom + shared spaces (living room, kitchen, bathrooms)

Atmosphere:
* Generally calm and respectful, occasionally have friends over
* One of us works from home in the shared office space twice a week
