I will travelling and looking to sublet my room whilst away.
The room is available from the 28th December to the 25th January.

- Sharing with two guys, Charlie (28) and Parsa (26). Charlie is English who works as a product manager while Parsa is English and also works as a product manager.

- There is an open kitchen, living and dining area where we love to hang out, watch Netflix or have the football on.
- The flat also has a laundry room and plenty of storage space
- The building comes with a gym, pool, 24/7 reception, underground heating and A/C.
- Large balcony next to living space and smaller balcony that also connects to your bedroom
- We are on the 9th floor of a new build so we have a great view

🛏️ the room:
- Bedroom comes with a bed base and build in wardrobe
- As shown in the photos, there is room for a desk if you WFH

💰the money:
- rent = £1300 for the entire period

📍 location:
- Stations: Tower Hill/Tower Gateway is 5 min walk away, Aldgate and Aldgate East are 8min walk away
- Supermarkets: large Waitrose & small Tesco, Co-op and Sainsbury’s all being close by.
