Room by Tower Bridge with balcony and big terrace

Hey everyone! I’m moving out (and heartbroken) and looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely flat just by Tower Bridge.

The flat is a rare find: has a huge-south-facing terrace that catches the sun all day, plus your own private balcony, a massive wardrobe, and the kitchen looks onto a peaceful courtyard. The building feels incredibly safe with a concierge who takes care of parcels so no worries about lost deliveries!

The location couldn't be better. London Bridge is just nearby for the Jubilee and Northern lines (and trains to Charing Cross), or just across Tower Bridge you've got Tower Hill for the District and Circle lines.
You'll find Third Space and other gyms in the area, plus loads of cafés and brunch spots. For groceries, there's a large Tesco and a mini Sainsbury's only a few minutes' walk away.

You’ll have a toilet and a bathroom to share with just one person (Nick).
You’ll be living with:
- Nick, 27, who travels a lot for work and cooks delicious chicken (he's the one you’ll share the bathroom with)
- Bella, 26, who works at The Shard and loves to work out, shopping, cook and bake together
They’re both super nice, easygoing, and tidy!

📅 Move-in date: around Dec 3rd (flexible)
💸 fixed bills amount: £230 per month!
