I sadly have to rent out my amazing central London studio as I’m relocating to another country for work.
The studio was originally unfurnished and I’ve purchased everything and furnished it to a very high standard. Just the bed frame and mattress cost £1,000+. Everything you see in the pictures in terms of furnishing come with the flat at no extra cost. We can agree a small fee if you’re looking at buying any of my appliances.
The studio is of a very decent size (~40sqm.), just a 3 minute walk to Tower Bridge and has ample access to direct train lines and stations such as Tower Gateway, Aldgate, Aldgate East, all a 5 min walk.
You will be taking over my tenancy which currently runs until October 28th 2026 but has a 6 month breaking clause meaning you can activate it and leave on the 28th of April 2026. The monthly rent is £1,780 excluding bills. I’ve already paid for 3 months worth of Council Tax and Water so if you were to move in these bills will have been paid up until February 2026.
Quite flexible on the move in date as I’ll be moving out mid December so the flat will essentially be available from that date onwards.
