- a large buit-in closet
- desk,
- chair.

There are 2 other flatmates.

In the common area, you have access to a spacious mixed kitchen/living area with a dining table and large TV.

Attached to the common area, you have access to a bright patio -- perfect for having a relaxed brunch in sunny weather.

The flat's location is superb with lots of green space and quick access the City (Bank/Monument/St Paul/Moorgate).

There's a Waitrose right across the street as well as a Fitness First gym.

Ideal flatmate: 20s - 30s, professional.

Clean/tidy and respectful people preferred.
