Double Room near St. Katherine's Docks/Tower Hill

Hiii :)) We’re looking for a fourth flatmate to join our friendly four-bedroom flat near Tower Hill. Three of us already live here and are planning to stay: two working professionals in medtech and finance, and one PhD student. We’re all Imperial College London graduates.

There are two possible room options, depending on your preference and budget:

A double bedroom with an exclusive-use bathroom directly outside the room
A double bedroom with a bathroom shared with just one other person, available at a slightly lower rent

🏠 About the flat

The flat has a spacious shared living area and kitchen, and we keep the household clean and tidy. We’re looking for someone who will treat the flat as a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

The property is in an excellent central location, particularly for anyone working or studying around the City, Canary Wharf or central London.

We’re a sociable and relaxed household. We enjoy cooking, board games and playing sports, and we usually try to do something together once a month—often badminton, frisbee or a trip to the park.

We enjoy chatting and spending time together, but we also respect each other’s privacy and understand that everyone needs their own space after work or studying.

🤝 Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and considerate working professional or undergraduate/postgraduate student who would enjoy being part of the household.

We’re not too particular about who moves in, as long as you’re friendly, clean and respectful of everyone’s privacy and individual routines.

Bedroom 1 – double room with exclusive-use bathroom: ~£1200 per month
Bedroom 2 – double room sharing a bathroom with one person: £1100 per month
Bills: Approximately £50 per month
Council Tax: £52 per month (Tower Hamlets, Band E)
Deposit: ~£1200
Available from: 1 September 2026
