Short let - Double bedroom in a sociable flat :)

Hello you!

I’m moving out from my room for 2 months (at least) and I’m looking for someone to fill it, that could be you! 🫵😁

In the flat there are Antonia (29) working in marketing, Piero (30) a chef from Venezuela and Louise (30) a social media manager and artist.

We have busy schedules but we are a chilled social house and often hang together cooking, watching movies or having a pint after work!

We are 5 mins from Broadway market, London Fields and Colombia Rd flower market. Busses to Liverpool street and Oxford street go from right outside and we are 13mins walk to Bethnal Green Station.

The room:
- Fully inclusive of bills
- Cleaning service included once every 2 weeks
- Price: £750 for a full month
- Deposit: £300
The room is free from Friday 22 Nov until at least end of January. But can be flexible based on your needs and extend by weeks or a couple of months max.

You:
- Clean and tidy ✨ It’s important for us you are respectful of the room and shared spaces, leaving them as you find them, no piles of dirty plates in the sink etc.
