New Roommate needed in 2 bed modern flat

My lovely roommate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to move into her room for a 1 year lease. It's a double room with room for a desk and a built in wardrobe (more photos available on request). The bedroom will be mostly unfurnished, however the rest of the flat is fully furnished. I have the en-suite room so the main bathroom is solely for your use! The flat has ample storage, is on the top floor, and a canal facing balcony with great views.

A little bit about me - I am a social and tidy professional 28 yr old, and have lived here for 1.5 years. I enjoy running, festivals, cooking and travelling. I am respectful of others privacy and space, however I always like to be friendly with housemates so looking for someone I could be friends with ideally!
