Unfortunately, due to a change in personal circumstances, I need to leave the flat and need to find a replacement to take over my contract. I'm sad to go, I love living with my Amber, Dan and Teddy (a sweet little cat).

The room comes with a bed, a mattress, a chest of drawers, a mirror, and a rail.

The shared areas include a living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bath, and a separate toilet room.

Housemates are super nice, always chatty, and up for a catch-up; a mature, conscious, respectful flatmate is required.

Bike shed, and a car park outside that you can rent a space in.

The flat is super conveniently located near the canal by Broadway Market, 5 mins from London Fields and Victoria Park, and Columbia Road is close by too!

Bethnal Green Underground / Cambridge Heath Overground / London Fields Overground are all close by.

Reference checks and an application will be required by the agency. You'll need to pay for the Deposit, and 'buy me out' of the bills overpaid (e. g. energy credit / quarterly paid water).

I'm flexible on the move-out date. But most likely will need the replacement by May.

Contract ends on 24/09/2027.
